Ample Storage has established agreements with seafreight shipping lines so that our supply of 20 foot containers and 40 foot containers are imported into the United States, Canada, Caribbean, and South America with cargo. Just-in-time deliveries from China mean that we’re able to offer very competitive pricing. Ample Storage can offer containers in varying sizes: 20’ long (H: 8’6”), 40’ long (H: 8’ 6”), and 40’ long high cube (H: 9’ 6”). No other company can offer the high quality and cheap rates that Ample Storage offers.
After the import move is completed, the cargo shipping container is delivered to our depot. All container sales and container leasing is distributed from here. We have agreements with many container depots for warehousing 20' and 40' containers to store and maintain our inventory, which allows us to provide exceptional service to our customers at very competitive rates.
Next, the various teams at Ample Storage take over: inventory is recorded, marketing is begun, and sales are processed. To record inventory, containers are divided into two categories: new shipping containers and used shipping containers. Then the containers will be inspected by our in-house inspectors, depot staff, or surveyors contracted by Ample Storage.
If a modified storage container is needed, we can provide that as well. Working with the maintenance and repair division at the local depot, we can install windows, doors, lights, vents, and personnel doors, as well as handle cosmetic alterations such as painting and decal displays. Other, more unusual types of modifications can also be done upon request, such as cutting an outdoor storage box to a specific size to fit your property, or installing panic hardware to adhere to safety requirements on public grounds (such as schools).
Our clients know that we will make their container order process simple, from A to Z. Many clients refer us to colleagues because they know that Ample Storage can be trusted to handle even a first-time process, where the client may not have all the contacts needed to facilitate the process. If a client needs help with trucking, Ample Storage has the contacts. We have established a reputation: we go beyond the normal call of duty for our customers, and our containers always meet expectations. Freight forwarders rely on us to perform reliable inspections and work with a short turnaround time from the moment they place their order until the moment when the order can be picked up.
Ample Storage does not own trucks, which is another reason why our costs are low.
Ample Storage has developed partnerships with tilt-bed and flat-bed trucking companies across the U.S., and we always ask the drivers to be sure about their abilities to handle a specific container. There are cases where the customer is aware that the drop spot is particularly awkward or tight, and in these situations we generally advise the customer to directly contact the trucking company to address delivery concerns.
